Responsible for all scientific aspects of method/assay validation for test guideline approval. Method validation leadership, ring trials, SOP updates, data management and statistical analyzes, writing of validation reports and submission for peer review under OECD. Method evaluation and readiness, recruiting of test labs, onboarding and project leadership. Internal scientific leadership and coaching.
Consulting in all aspects of drug discovery. Supporting startups and SMEs in company and project strategy, including ways forward, IPR and running discovery projects. Also support Taget ID and validation, target safety assessment, cell assays efficacy and safety, chemical strategies and screening cascades, translational/biomarkers and pharmacology, patents/IPR, project leadership, delivery of clinical candidates. Project leadership and due diligence for discovery. Evaluate and challenge project ideas, paths, milestones and more.
