Leading the development and delivery of technical equipment for new and existing generations of offshore wind turbines, with end-to-end ownership of the design and decision value chain — from scoping and design to implementation in installation projects. I lead a department with 3 teams, comprising 30 colleagues across portfolio and project management, ensuring clear priorities, strong collaboration and reliable execution in a complex, regulated environment. The role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical maturity, operations and maintenance, with a strong focus on delivering cost-effective, robust solutions that perform in real-world conditions.
Established and led a consolidated Product & Project Management organization with responsibility for the equipment strategy towards 2030. Held end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, from early scoping and requirements through design, documentation, support and deployment. I hired and led a team of 41 colleagues across three departments, focusing on people development, clear governance and cross-functional collaboration.
