I've been working for an ISP the past 16 years. We have gone from providing xDSL to fiber optics. We are growing as the business to consumer market. From Feb 2010 - Aug 2018 I worked as a customer service representative. From Sep 2018 - June 2021 I worked with delivery support. Since July 2021 till this day I've been working as a delivery coordinator. I'm working on various things all from incoming invoices, participating in many different meetings, helding meetings with contractors, following up deliveries, providing support, updating customers on the current state of the delivery and helping our customer service to mention different things that's related to my job. Besides that I work on following up status on different uplinks for our nodes related to some of my projects.
