As a freelance consultant I have done various engagements with customers worldwide ( see below for a couple of my projects). I focused on Azure, Office 365 and Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS). Experience with the Microsoft cloud services since their start and part of a special Microsoft group that allowed me to work directly with the Azure engineering teams in Redmond and Israel.
I continued working with Aurelium as a freelance consultant and member of the management team (see projects below). As Architecture & Business Services Manager I was leading the team that takes care of the following core processes of Aurelium: - Technical architecture for our ICT and development projects - Strategic- & Project management for our biggest clients - SharePoint development - Business en licensing consulting - ICT Training As a Shared ICT Manager I managed the ICT relationship with several key clients. As a project manager, I was responsible for the project management, technical design and team lead for some of our major clients.
At Procter & Gamble (P&G) I worked on supply chain optimizations for different products (washing powders, Swiffers, ...); mainly for the Central Eastern Europe & Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA) regions. This assignment did allow me to help align Business and ICT while working in a very challenging environment with a diverse and international team. A second part of my career at P&G I spend in the Mechelen production facility (washing powders and Pringles) as a project manager for various projects in the production facility. I worked on the integration of SAP and the production management system, on the analytical modeling of the inventory tool, warehouse optimizations, ... I was selected as the candidate for Belgium to participate in the IT Business Course (ITBC) from Procter & Gamble. The ITBC is a very intense week where P&G brings together around 10 students (one from each EMEA country) to work on various projects and business games. Objective of the course is to provide the students insights on how working for P&G can be.
