- Effective leader of the SpringHill Overnight Team and experiences for 15,000 summer and non-summer campers. -Project Coordinator for over 1 million in capital campaign projects -Build trusting and partnering relationships with 140 partners across 10 different states to help accomplish our mission of serving kids and families. -Develop and implement multi-million dollar revenue and corresponding expense budgets for all non-summer camp products and experiences at the overnight camp in Evart, Michigan. - Coach and developer of a team of 20 year-round employees and 350+ seasonal employees - Networker and salesperson to like-minded ministries and individuals to continue to advance the mission of SpringHill - Create continuous improvement processes for overnight experiences to ensure alignment and quality control - Participant on the SpringHill Leadership Team influencing all SpringHill operations and culture (60K annual guests/140 year-round employees) -Provide regular, real-time leadership coaching to departmental managers and supervisors. -Ensure sales and marketing efforts are implemented to reach monthly, seasonal and annual targets for retreat attendance. -Cultivate strategic relationships with key pastors, youth pastors and decision makers from more than 300 churches across the Midwest, connecting them with the most relevant retreat products to meet their identified ministry objectives. -Leader of the organization-wide Operational Capital Expenditure and Safety Committees.
