-Currently the NAVINTEL Program Manager/Lead leading 3 agile projects of over 80 FTEs to deliver a highly available, optimized, multi-tenant cloud ecosystem (Amazon Web Services) to include IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, FOSS, IaC, Cyber Services, and DevSecOps pipeline services (Automation) in three domains from DEV to PROD and capabilities in the following focus areas: data science, business operations, mission application development, IT Strategy, modernization, and Enterprise ServiceNow design and implementation. -Lead technical cloud strategy, acquisition, transformation, and tailored migration processes to best meet program and corporate goals and initiatives. -Collaborate/Communicate with senior leadership and stakeholders on adoption, migration, long-term vision, and strategic goals in the cloud. Senior leadership includes Noblis ESI executive staff (C-Level), AF Colonels, the AF ISR CIO, and GS-15 Civilians. -Lead and mentor a SAFe agile operated team of cloud SMEs, engineers, administrators, and cloud architects on industry best practices, SDLC, and well-architected frameworks -Chair Architecture Review Board (ARB) on changes to the AF enterprise cloud baseline -Support and lead business development processes and proposals with technical discussions/writing, strategy, and proposed cloud architectures -Analyze, advise, design, develop/prototype, evaluate, automate, integrate, test, and optimize cloud environments/models on AWS/C2S -Recommend strategy and practical implementation of AWS/C2S cloud-specific technologies on an enterprise level -Provide architecture and design patterns for business continuity and system security -Provide recommendations of systems infrastructure and platforms that power widely available mission applications -Support and develop project plans, training, forecasted budgets, resource usage/cost analysis reports, and schedules -Leverage my understanding of IaaS, PaaS, Automation Tools/Techniques, DevSecOps, Python, and AWS/C2S Services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, Lambda, etc.) to come up with solutions for the client
