I'm responsible for deployment, maintenance and support of JKIA's Common Use Passenger Processing Systems (CUPPS) providing level 1 technical support, application upgrades and verification for airline departure control systems that include Amadeus Altea, Sabre, SITA Liaison, HPโs OPAT MUSE, Videcom VRS among others. With an SLA target of 95% uptime, the team I lead has consistently achieved above SLA performance since August 2012 supporting over 180 workstations, 68 self-service check-in kiosks, a high availability fault tolerant network and core server equipment enabling airlines to operate with ease, processing their flights on time, in an efficient manner and staying on schedule consequently saving on costs.
