San Francisco Bay Area
As the Managing Partner of Mission Law, I lead a group of legal professionals and technologists in building the modern law firm of the future. Our firm’s mission is simple but ambitious: to develop technologies and processes that empower legal professionals and clients to thrive through the innovative delivery of legal services. We are first tackling this by developing a best-in-class app, offering flat fee pricing where appropriate, and systematizing entire legal jobs-to-be done that are often inconsistent and unnecessarily bespoke. In my personal practice, I represent a wide variety of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycle from formation through exit. I have particular expertise advising mission-driven founders and companies, including Delaware public benefit corporations (PBCs), nonprofit spinouts, and faith-driven companies, on choice of entity, fundraising, employment, equity compensation, corporate governance, and board matters.
