I prepared tax returns during the busy season of over 100 clients. I learned how to operate QuickBooks and UltraTax more efficiently through the help of my coworkers and mentor. I worked hands-on alongside other tax associates to gain valuable experience working with clients, developing financial statements, and populating tax returns.
I assisted in a resale certificate verification project of over 1,000 companies. I also developed a comprehensive training guide for future employees. My primary job function was managing the accounts of over 300 dropshipping and online clients by providing credit checks, undergoing collection calls, and processing payments.
