Areas of expertise in FEA analysis and modeling include: - Structural Finite Element Analysis (FEA) with Abaqus, NX Nastran, Ansys, and MSC.Marc. - Static and transient thermal analysis, heat transfer coefficient determination. - Static and dynamic structural analysis of component and assembly, coupled stress and thermal analysis. - Tool stress, wear, damage and life analysis. - Crack and fracture prediction. - CFD and electromagnetic analysis and multi-physics modeling. - Integrated Computational Materials Engineering (ICME), CALPHAD, and phase field modeling. - Process modeling on forging, casting, heat treating, induction heating, welding, AM and machining. - Pre and post processing in Altair HyperWorks, Altair HyperMesh, Cubit, and Bolt. - User subroutine and script development in Fortran, Python, APDL and C. - CAD design in Catia, NX, Creo, and Solidworks - GD&T - Proven communication and project management skills
