Responsible for business development for APMP the only professional body for bid and proposal management professionals. Amongst a number of responsibilities, I work on supporting and developing relationships with current and prospective corporate members as well as working with and supporting our Chapters outside of North America. I am responsible for Sponsorship sales and relations globally and lead on these aspects of our flagship APMP Conference that takes place in the USA each year, Bid & Proposal Con. In 2020 I am delivering the newest event in our calendar, Bid and Proposal Con Europe in Amsterdam.

Responsible for creating, developing and leading the fundraising team at The Fostering Network, our multi-disciplinary team supports the development and delivery of a wide range of projects, programmes and activities across the UK. I have recently developed the new 'Fostering Friendly' scheme for employers that was launched at the beginning of August with support from the DfE and I am looking to engage more businesses in supporting foster care through this programme.
