This role allowed me to take charge of a team of 10 and expand my management skills. My successes: ✓ Allocating job assignments appropriate teams and techs, while working personally with the teams to assist Department of Justice clients ✓ Collaborating with other departments and management to coordinate office outfits and updates ✓ Updating existing offices with new IT equipment, outfitting new offices with equipment and servers and setting up and troubleshooting office VC units ✓ Using KACE for remote software install for homeworkers and remote control for troubleshooting, and travel to physical locations if onsite support is required
In this position, my IT systems knowledge was continuously tested and expanded.
