As the Director of Logistics Operations at Pelican International, I lead a team of over 50 employees in managing the distribution and transportation of recreational products across North America. I have over 10 years of experience in the logistics and operations field, with a proven track record of delivering results, driving efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction. My core competencies include logistics management, operations management, warehouse operations, project management, and lean system implementation. I have successfully opened and operationalized a new distribution center in Varennes, QC, as well as managed the relocation of multiple warehouses and facilities for various clients. I have also attained Lean Bronze and Silver certifications, and implemented the Lean System Operation Excellence (SLS OpEx) at SCI White Glove, stabilizing the operations and improving the performance metrics.
