• Consulted with Bank of America as a Senior Project Manager on the RMISC Project (Records Management Information Service Center) - the design and deployment of a centralized data hub (SQL) which extracted data from 20 systems of record to be used as the basis for future expansion and reporting utilizing the business analytics capabilities of MicroStrategy and dedicated to Global Records Management. • Managed the core project team and project utilizing both Waterfall (MS Project) and Agile (CA Technologies) concepts. • Developed and managed project plan, scope, work streams, resources and status (reporting progress to stakeholders and senior management).
