•Providing IT consultancy to nationwide group management based and project manage/oversee the implementation of all agreed infrastructural developments. •Managing relationships with suppliers and service providers, evaluate performance ensuring compliance with SLA’s and define improvement initiatives. •Overseeing change management processes, identifying long term trends and improving the rate of "first time fix". •Monitoring, reporting, analysing and escalating day-to-day operational service delivery issues, taking ownership through to resolution. •Managed the integration of 14 separate site locations with disparate IT infrastructures into a single, centrally managed network. •Provisioning group-wide day to day support •Centralisation of management and back office functions via VPN/WAN •Develop, test and maintain a group disaster recovery and business continuity strategy for both IT and critical business systems.
