Contract role concentrating on PSN/Public Sector large deal engagement
Contact role engaged in business transformation and large deal development
Worked as Solutions Architect or tower lead for infrastructure on large ITO bids, or end to end Solutions Manager for medium scale opportunites. Achieved very high win rates, and gained experience of ITO landscape from PQQ/RFI/ITT/BAFO through to Due Diligence, contract development, and Transition Planning. Projects worked on included rail sector, central government, local government, finance, and distribution, with TCVs between £10m and £150m.
