Experienced in product and services development in order to meet client and strategic business needs and in the establishment, management and oversight of third party or outsourced administration and custody arrangements.
Primary Operations and Relationship Manager for all Investment Administration, Transfer Agency Administration and Investment Governance/Investment Monitoring oversight for OMI's offshore life wrapped investment products and collective investment schemes. Also responsible for the management of OMI’s internal operations team, outsourced administration service providers, OMI’s South African administration branch network and key institutional client/partner relationships in Asia and the Middle East.
