Responsible for the operational and strategic management of the MoneyGram account operating globally across multiple regions. A critical element of the role requires cultivating high level client relationships with senior procurement and marketing executives, providing business consultation, Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews and managing a team of multi-regional internal resources to meet client objectives.
Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director, the primary role of Commercial Director is to support our group of companies implement group procurement and business development strategies, to maximise savings and deliver additional revenue. Additionally a key function of the role is to a manage effective commercial, cultural and operational integration plans across our group of companies to create a collaborative, high performing business unit. Key objectives of the role include: • Implement new sales support strategies to grow business from within the groups existing client base. • Look at alternative procurement solutions across the group to drive down costs and increase EBITDA. • Make commercial recommendations to the board to drive group purchasing efficiencies.
On May 5th 2015 I joined the senior management team at Paperhat Group with the key responsibility to evaluate and re-engineer the group’s global supply chain strategy. Initially focusing on Paperhat Communications business, I will be working closely with all of the group's account teams and vendors to achieve the following goals: •Implementation of best practice procurement processes •Global spend analysis •Client-facing insight support •Presentation of industry trends and innovation •Management of global SLA’s and contractual compliance •Implementation of strategic procurement platforms •Management of supplier relationships and payment processes
