Now I lead one HRIS team at Beijing, China. We have done global rollout SuccessFactors in Brazil,Mexico,Columbia,Australia,Russia,Japan. We continue the global rollout in other countries. We use ONB,EC,PMGM,Timeoff/Time sheet,Compensation,LMS. We are in the progress to implement ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD. Phase 1 rollout will go live soon. Including Incident management,Service request,knowledge base,HR Case Management,Lifecycle event,Portal,Integration between ServiceNow with SuccessFactors. SuccessFactor Functional Consultant • I have more than 19 years' experience in software area, worked in four companies (Butone, Infosys, Oracle, and DiDi ), in three dimensions (functional, technical and HR domain), and focusing on one product line HCM (SuccessFactors & Fusion & PeopleSoft). • I have involved in the whole software life cycle, including business analysis, system design, software development, testing and QA, implementation and product management. Most of my time is collaborating with all stakeholders and do a good job. • I have worked more than 40 months in Oracle Asia Research & Development Center (OARDC). I got a lot of help from my bosses and grow up quickly. I have leaded one PeopleSoft team about 20 team members in OARDC and delivered good products. • I have worked in Infosys Enterprise Solution department. We all works in a same global delivery model, communicates with different teams in US, India and China. I have done two full implementations in Reed project and Delhaize project. And Delhaize America Transformation program is the winner of Titan and Global Excellence Awards @Oracle Open World 2011. • I have built the first SaaS HR platform in China for FESCO Beijing and M&G PeopleSoft Project (Shanghai).

Responsibilities: • I am product manager and business Analyst. • I manage the product development life cycle and develop compensation rules using haley office rule. 2006.7 – 2009.10: Oracle (Beijing). Product Manager for PeopleSoft HCM Team • I am familiar with People Tools 8.49, Application Designer, integration broker and the full development life cycle. • I am focusing on Core HR, compensation, Global Payroll and product management. Product Name: Global Payroll for Thailand Product Duration: 2006.7-2008.5 Description of Product: • This is extension for Thailand based on PeopleSoft Global Payroll. • The requirement comes from the real customer in Thailand and we delivered the elements and sections to Thailand market. • Now the Global payroll for Thailand is key product in Oracle Global Payroll. (Full-time job) • From September 1999, I have worked 4 years in a software company--butone. In the first two years, I worked in an ERP team, my main work was programming. We completed several products including SCM and ERP, and implemented them in several companies. To my greatest pleasure, we created an excellent team. We also helped our customers to get more profits. • In the last two years, we developed ERP product based on B/S architecture. We used WSAD to develop, and used rational rose to analyze and design. I was responsible for system design. I’m proficient in DB2 database and system design tools, such as rational rose and Erwin.
