* Create and delete different types of users ID’s ( server, workstation admins, machine , robot and shared users) and grant the authorizations needed for them. * office 365 management ( creating and deleting shared and resource mail boxes as per users preferences) *Transforming websites from public to private and vice versa.
• Provide technical support for AT&T products through customer interaction and the use of the industry leading diagnostic tools • Communicate effectively by telephone to remotely diagnose and solve physical hardware and software issues when prompted by an automated system... • Work collaboratively with AT&T employees and partners as part of a high-performing team • Maintain customer relationship management systems (recording notes, tracking of requests) . Support customers through activities that may include but not be limited to the receipt of customers' calls, inquiries and complaints resulting in trouble tickets, order input, data gathering and traffic studies. •Works with various groups for billing, message and trouble resolutions that directly impact the service(s) provided to customers. •Serves as customer advocate for international customers. •Supports maintenance processes on behalf of the customer. •Responsible for responding to and resolving customer maintenance issues.
