I have always worked in the music industry in one capacity or another. Starting in retail (is that the music industry I wonder), a band (not a real job as my Dad used to say), sales rep, Sales Team Co-ordinator, National Accounts Manager, Export Sales, Marketing Advisor (the last four roles I did as one job for one company called Contact Promotions), Sales Manager, Sales and Marketing Director, General Manager and now as the owner of my own Sales, Marketing, PR and Distribution company. You could say I know the Distribution, sales and marketing aspects of the industry inside out.
