I began my career having trained with Deloitte’s and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1990. I have been a Finance Director in the Facilities Management industry since 2001. Thankfully I have been honoured to spearhead the development and implementation of financial systems and management controls over the last twenty years in very successful companies. I have gained vast experience in my leadership roles across a broad spectrum of industries. Specialties: I specialise in the analysis and reduction of client facility costs and continue to manage total budgets exceeding a quarter of a billion euro for over the last decade. I work closely with our team on the ground to ensure that the client is getting best value for money, while at the same time ensuring that quality of service is not compromised and issues close to the clients' heart such as sustainability and diversity are always always taken into account when selecting suppliers.
