What continues to inspire me most is creating environments where people can grow, connect, and perform at their best. Today, I lead LinkedIn Talent Solutions’ Public Sector business across the Benelux, partnering with governments, healthcare organizations, and educational institutions to address some of their most important workforce challenges. Whether it’s attracting talent, developing skills, or preparing for the future of work, I’m passionate about helping organizations unlock the potential of their people. My leadership philosophy is simple: lead with curiosity, invest in people, and build genuine relationships.
