Responsible for the set up and growth of Market Unit Consumer Products and consulting executive for key accounts
Responsible for the Benelux Supply Chain team of 35 FTE. Supply Chain Management includes the teams: Planning, Procurement and Logistics & Fulfillment. Responsible for the set up and growth of Market Unit Consumer Products and consulting executive for key accounts Key projects delivered: Business Transformation, Target Operating model design, Digital, Predictive Analytics, BPO procurement assessment, purchase-to-pay channel strategies, business transformation.
Responsible for the Dutch Supply Chain & Performance Management team of 80 FTE. SC&PM includes the teams: Planning, Procurement, Logistics & Fulfillment, LEAN and Finance & Performance Management. Key projects delivered: closed loop procurement, purchase-to-pay optimization, BPO procurement assessment, purchase-to-pay channel strategies, procurement innovation, supply chain integration, seven strategies for future procurement, business transformation.
Key projects delivered: business integration ERP and Supply Chain optimisation.
Responsible for the implementation of ERP and optimisation of logisitics and production.
