As a BPM Consultant I am supporting the organisation in implementing a business process management approach. I introduced a structure for designing and documenting business processes, including the relation to the information platform. Through a series of workshops with a team of key stakeholders we(re) designed the business processes, defined the Information landscape. Through a GAP analysis we will identify necessary improvements. This approach will result in 1) more grip on processes and Information system support, 2) knowledge management, 3) continuous improvement by supporting a PDCA cycle on Process level, and 4) support the governance by defining ownership on processes, data and applications
As a Lead Enterprise Architect I am building the architecture practice in the newly defined COO organisation of BNG bank. The EA governance needs to be adapted to their agiIe change process which is currently under development. I lead a team of currently 4 enterprise/domein architects and extend the team in 2023 with solution architects. Based on the recalibrated IT strategy a digital transformation will be initiated. Together with the team I will recalibrate and redefine the Enterprise Architecture and guide the domain architects to develop their domain architectures.
