Client is the Department of public works (Rijkswaterstaat ) and the contractor is "De Groene Boog" (a combination of the following construction companies: Dura Vermeer, Besix, TBI and Van Oord). First as HR manager for "De Groene Boog" and later on as Program manager of the projectteam A16 Rotterdam, I was responsible for the cooperation programme "A16 Verbindt" which goal it is to improve the cooperation between all parties involved. All team members have at least twenty years of experience. Part of the community curriculum are monthly training in change management as well as intervision sessions. My main specialisms are change management, organisational transformation and leadership. My community colleagues are always available to discuss complex issues or to provide specific knowledge or experience. We always work according to transformation methods based on scientific research and many years of practice.
