As CFO, I drove sustainable balance sheet improvements - releasing $15m in working capital and reducing debt by $26m. At IRI, a global data and technology provider to the FMCG sector, I led the integration of international operations across eight countries, implemented new financial systems and governance, and played a key role in the £80m divestment process - achieving a 10x operating profit multiple. Post-sale, I led finance integration with the US-based Private Equity portfolio owner.
