Leading the mechanical engineering division in the design, manufacturing, and validation of a 100% electric competition motorcycle. Responsible for: -Directing the engineering efforts across Powertrain, Chassis, Aerodynamics and Dynamics sub-departments; -Overseeing full-vehicle CAD assembly, manufacturing workflows, and physical testing; -Ensuring strict compliance with international racing regulations and performance targets.
Responsible for the technical coordination, design, and implementation of the Drivetrain system within the Powertrain department in charge of the design, development, and optimization of the motorcycle’s powertrain components, including drivetrain and propulsion systems. Support testing and continuous improvement to enhance the vehicle’s technical capabilities.
I was responsible for managing and integrating the complete digital model of the motorcycle, ensuring all subsystems fitted and functioned cohesively for a successful international competition entry. In charge of: - Optimizing interfaces between chassis, drivetrain, and suspension systems; - Modeling and integrating all mechanical and electrical components in the CAD system; - Preparing and documenting technical files for deliveries and manufacturing.
During this internship, I had the opportunity to work with conventional machines such as the lathe, milling, drilling, and grinding machines. In addition to that, I also gained experience in modeling and developing CAM programs used in the manufacturing of components on CNC machines. Final Grade:16/20
I led a team of about 30 ambassadors, focusing on helping them achieve their goals within the program. I had the opportunity to win the "Top 3 Best Team Managers" award, including the "Top 3 Best Team" award. My responsibilities included: •Conducting internal team meetings; •Providing personalized support to ambassadors to better align them with the program; •Coordinating promotional initiatives, including booths at job fairs and flyer distribution.
As a Magma Ambassador, I was responsible for bridging the gap between my campus community and the job market. I assisted in promoting our Talent Program initiatives and developed collaborative work skills, learning to solve problems, and understanding what it means to work in a dynamic and young company where everyone's career matters. Additionally, I had the opportunity to participate as staff in events that brought together more than 150 companies and 200 students.
Development and assembly of a Wind Turbine, with support from the world leader in wind turbine manufacturing, Vestas. Responsible for developing the wind turbine's transmission, as well as the Pitch and Yaw systems, and for producing the structural components of the wind turbine using 3D printing. Final Grade: 18/20
