Manager, Strategist and Product Owner of mortage loans, car loans, personal loans and overdrafts, in charge of every aspect of assets business, from product design to its development and implementation for clients, in interaction with a variety range of areas: Risk Credit, Operational Risk, Compliance, CRM, Marketing, UX, UI, Agencies, Sales Force and Legal. The past two years at this job my main effort was directed to digitalize the selling of assets in the companies web site by creating E2E processes for each product.
As a school Head of Rugby at Christian Brothers College I worked for 8 years managing and developing the strategy of students’ growth with a variety of proyects which required a great skill to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization (families, headmasters, teachers, students), handing the pressure in a very exposed work position. In my position I recognized a great deal of processes that where to be improved, that led to a full reconstruction of the way the school worked regarding sports. Despite my administrative tasks, such as: manage activity calendars for more than 1000 boys and girls, organize with travel agencies sport tours everywhere in the world, I have also been able to mentor teenagers towards there immersion in universities and working life. Also I have had the possibility to promote habits and human virtues and motivate boys and girls to try their best, getting over their fears and difficulties.
