*Work closely with the Product Manager to update the product backlog and define priorities for the backlog. In MacroActive, we have a platform that helps personal trainers to scale their business. My department makes sure that our clients get assistance and solutions for problems that they are facing along their journey. This is customer support, technical support, product feedback and testing, client retention strategies, etc. *Maintain internal and external communications about new features deployed. *Collect Feedback and ideas from clients and resellers. *Make sure that new features work as intended to ensure client satisfaction. *Coordinating technical responses from our dev teams for clients and resellers. *Liaising with the Client Success and Marketing teams in projects that require new features or enhancements to existing products.
*Manage the Onboarding journey for Spanish speaking clients *Set up and manage customer support team for our Spanish speaking clients *Weekly support calls to coach them in the best use of our platform *Implementation of Life Time Value and retention strategies using Stripe and Profit Well. *Client Success guidance to increase my client’s revenue. *Provide quick technical support by liaising with the dev department when required.
