Recruited to build and lead the global commercial IT function for an industry-leading influenza vaccine company. Partnered with US and global leadership teams to shape strategy across marketing, sales, operations, and market access, through the operational disruption of the COVID-19 pandemic. - Built the digital experience product team and delivered a customer portal for the flu business, moving from annual to 90-day to 4-week release cycles using product-led, Agile methods. - Partnered with EPAM Systems to transform a $1B flu vaccine supply chain previously run on spreadsheets, leading vendor selection and a $1.2M investment in demand planning and customer allocation automation. - Reduced annual operating costs by approximately $1M through strategic partnership restructuring; projected 10x ROI through reduced returns and improved allocation accuracy.
