I lead our global commercial value streams at Zoetis. The work spans IT business partnership at the executive level, product-led operating models, the data and integration architecture that underpins them, and the use of agentic AI in strategic and analytical work. I think in systems and prefer to prototype rather than describe. Agentic AI is where I'm investing my time right now. I work across workflow design and prompt engineering, and use it daily for portfolio analysis, strategic planning, and decision support. Zoetis: Built and led the Commercial Capabilities team driving CDP rollout, contract lifecycle transformation, and release velocity improvements. Seqirus: Established a strategic partnership that cut $1M in team costs and launched a demand planning and customer allocation platform with a projected 10x ROI. Mars: Stood up the company's first product management organization, still core to operations today, and pioneered the e-commerce and digital shelf strategy.
