Several progressive mass real estate appraisal assignments: •Parcel Image Collector: Mobile parcel / structure photography and address verification, Captured 24,000+ parcels (nearly 1/3 of the county’s parcels). (Newark) Licking County, OH. •Deputy Auditor Real Estate function: Performed residential new construction structure sketch creation and measurements, or modifications thereof. Observed and recorded structure type, style, materials used, completion percentage, using standard county classification codes along with taking updated digital photos. (Mansfield) Richland County, OH. •Residential Sketch Analyst: Compare a parcel’s structure(s) sketch on the county parcel information card to current aerial photographs using PivotPoint and Eagleview software. Added missing or ade changes to the parcel’s structure sketch(es) as needed in PivotPoint and on county CAMA system for new, modified, or removed structures.
