Senior Program & Digital Production Manager with 20+ years building the processes, teams, and systems behind enterprise-scale digital programs

About

For 11 years I led digital production for Chevrolet.com, the #1 automotive manufacturer site per JD Power, with 10M monthly users. I saw the site through four platform migrations and the Silverado EV launch (150,000 preorders, record reveal traffic) I'm a process-first producer and program manager, but the point of process isn't process itself, it's people. Good process keeps teams engaged, clients informed, and the work moving. It also produces better creative, which leads to happier clients. That's the outcome that matters. I build the processes, teams, and systems that let large digital programs complete their work on time and under budget. Across two decades at agencies, publishers, and enterprise clients, I've reduced rounds of corrections from 5 to 2, cut maintenance turnaround from 8 days to 8 hours, and shortened large-build schedules by weeks by replacing churn with clarity and confusion with documentation. Most recently I consulted with Rocket Mortgage's marketing team to design their digital production methodology from the ground up, then walked it through nine open-web proposals with senior creative leadership. I'm based in Detroit. The work I do best: standing up new digital production operations, leading complex platform migrations, and bringing structure to fast-moving environments.
