I have a background in IT, commercial A/V, entertainment sound and lighting, graphic design, and audio production for music and radio. I have worked in consumer and enterprise technical support, software engineering support, systems integration, sales support, and similar roles, and have also served as an organizational contact point in technical process, coaching, auditing, and instructional support roles in several positions in my career. I want to learn as much as possible about as much as possible in every job I have in order to grow as a technical professional as well as an individual.
Remote and onsite support, maintenance, design, and deployment of managed customer networks, including a variety of vendors and platforms tailored to each customer's unique needs.
Manage global Cisco network across multiple sites, including connectivity, security, troubleshooting issues with helpdesk and end users, and documenting all topology, policies, and change management. Also manage FortiGate and SonicWall firewalls, network security infrastructure, multiple ISPs and VPN solutions, and other related systems. Identify opportunities to improve network, security, and automation posture and use project-oriented approach to leverage multiple teams and drive results.
Part-time (occasional/seasonal) Consultation Agent working with home and small business customers to address their technology questions and fix issues as needed. Includes break-fix services on computers and mobile devices, setup of new devices, maintenance and repair of computers, printers, network equipment, and other products, and other solutions as needed.
Technical contact for new customers as cloud VoIP service is activated. Project-oriented testing of hardware and programming, network troubleshooting, and solutions engineering per each customer's unique needs.

On-site installation, operation, and support for systems, customer service, tech support, and assistance to engineers as needed. Also assisted in quotes, designs, and builds of new products as needed. Focus was on component assembly, software configuration, programming, and maintaining quality control standards. Also responsible for writing or assisting in writing and publishing product documentation such as manuals, guides, best practices, troubleshooting, training, etc..
