ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • To transform of our Reward Strategy and get ready for future, support C&B management in setting C&B Total Reward Strategy for our TME entities across Europe (Incl. Head Office, warehouses etc); • Improve, implement, coordinate & communicate the annual base salary review process, bonus scheme, insured benefits schemes, and flexible benefit scheme; • Calculate all base salary review increases, bonus payments and promotional salaries in line with policy, budget and set deadlines; • Analyze surveys & benchmarks versus our policies and determine our position versus market; • Analyze and recommend changes in our rewards systems and policies (car policy, bonus, base, benefits, etc.); • Support other HR teams on C&B related topics and cooperation within HR on payroll, international mobility, organization & development, etc; • Look for fiscal & cost optimization in all C&B aspects; • Assist the budget cycle based upon market movements, CLA’s and policy changes.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Design and communicate HR processes and policies to the assigned business units • Support Line Management and Employees in achieving their business objectives through organisation and people development KEY TASKS • Kick-off, monitor and report on timely and qualitative implementation, execution and completion of Organisation and People Development processes within my assigned business unit(s) through close coordination and regular liaison with Line Management. • For the process(‘s) where I am assigned as Process Owner, coordinate all kick-off, monitoring and reporting material preparation/activities; gather feedback from colleagues & Line Managers to diagnose the effectiveness and efficiency of the assigned process(‘s), policies and systems and make concrete proposals for improvement when required. • Establish and maintain constructive relations with Line Managers and Employees
