Mainly interested in industrial digitalization, innovation ecosystems/collaborations, sustainable production and an active life style. Currently managing a program in advance (industrial) digitalization with a planned yearly budget of 1 billion SEK. Good knowledge in industrial digitalisation and the Swedish innovation system. Being part of several boards and steering groups gives a valuable overview of the ecosystem around digital value chains and technological state of the art. Some of my active technology areas are 5G, AI, cybersecurity, systems of systems, automation, additive manufacturing, IoT and cloud. Experience of a wide variety of application areas such as industrial manufacturing processes, decision support, work environment, secure communications/data and sustainable production. As former chairman at one of Sweden's most successful sport associations I have gained a lot of knowledge about value driven organizations. Industrial Digitalisation Managing a wide range of industrial digitalisation projects involving 5G, IoT, additive manufacturing, VR/AR, AI/deep learning, robotics, automation, digital value chains and digital competence development. Cybersecurity and digital infrastructure Responsible for the Swedish innovation node for cybersecurity and RISE cyber range. Swedish involvement in the European Cybersecurity Competence Network CONCORDIA. Industrial digital value chains in Digitala Stambanan. Also governmental innovation partnership programmes, SIP IoT, SIP Graphene, competence centers, SME programmes, Eureka Clusters, and Mobility for growth. Krusboda is one of Europes largest communities with 1500 real estates co-owning 400 000 sqm of land. We have a school, three pre-schools, four football fields, a 25 meter pool with sauna, a grocery store and a pizzeria. The operations has four employees managing the area all year round.
Heading the innovation program Advanced Digitalisation, one of Sweden's largest innovation programs. The program focus is on industrial digitalisation with the short description "smart and secure data flows through complex system of systems". A long term program (> 10 years) starting in year 2021 with a budget ramping up to 1000 MSEK/year in 2024. Structured and built the program with a team of 20+ members. Some key projects include: - Cybercampus - Cybersäkerhet för ökad konkurrenskraft - Digital stadsutveckling - Testbädd autonom flygplats - Integrated Learning in cutting-edge digital technologies
Responsible for a program in cybersecurity and digital infrastructure. A 3-year program with a combination of long term investments and short term innovation projects. Total budget of 350 MSEK. Some results are: - The Swedish innovation node for cybersecurity - RISE Cyber Range - Swedish participation in Concordia (EU pilot for competence center) - Innovation projects in IoT and cloud security - Innovation projects in eID and blockchain - Feasability studies to prepare for EU collaboration projects in cybersecurity - Travel grants to support collaboration with Israel in cybersecurity
Working in two large investment programmes focusing on industrial digitalisation. During 2017 Vinnova received 1000 MSEK in additional funding for supporting actions connected to the governments four innovation partnership programmes (Samverkansprogram). I was responsible for several large investments in the programme "Connected industry and new materials". Some results are: - Digitala Stambanan (adding to Swedish IndTech) - Integrated smart test environment for the miniing industry (SMIG) - Smart Steel - Smart automation living lab for process industry I was also working in a governmental task to support the development of industrial digitalisation. A total budget of 400 MSEK during a two year period focusing on improving new technologies in industrial applications. Some of the results are: - Den smarta digitala fabriken (14 projects) - Spjutspetsprojekt (26 projects)
Board member since 2006 (former vice chair, treasurer, secretary) and chariman since april 2011 in a voluntary non-profit highly value driven organisation, work that I perform on my free time. I have performed re-organizations, reqruitment, developed key figures for operational follow up, taken part in expansion plans and seen the organization grow from 2500 members (april 2006) to 6000 in the end of 2012 which correlates to over 13% of the population in Tyresö. We employ 7 persons and have over 200 highly skilled voluntary co-workers.
