      After the Pivotal IPO I have worked closely with our SEC reporting manager and Financial Controller in order to streamline the financial reporting process to meet 10-Q and 10-K deadlines. I have taken ownership of certain investor relation material such as the Press release and Supplemental tables and I continue to own our consolidated cash flow and equity rollforward preparation. I also own the preparation for the quarterly MD&A flux analysis and EPS workings. I have worked closely with external parties in order to develop a Sox Control environment that could support our financial statement process on a go forward basis.

      Spent several months working on the Pivotal IPO including detailed Preparation of the S1 disclosures and footnotes. During this time I worked very closely with the Audit and Advisory teams based in San Francisco and Boston, as well our Legal team and Printers. Throughout this period I took a number of initiatives in order to improve our consolidated analytics packages so that the accounting team could provide more context on the numbers that were being shared across the finance Group. I also owned the final consolidation of ASC606 adjustments and I played a key part in developing the model and best practice for deferring commission as part of the new standard, on a go forward basis.

Spent several months working on a Financial statement recast for 3 fiscal year ends, and 12 fiscal quarters following the change in fiscal calendar.
