After 10 years in business ,Tom renovated the succesful Kasey's American grill and rebranded it Kasey's Kitchen and Cocktails. After purchasing the restaurant next door to Kasey's Tom along with his partner Anthony Geraci did a full renovation to Kasey's including adding 2 new catering rooms and a full overhaul of the decor inside and out.. Tom and Anthony have also started construction on the newest project they have lined up. The two will open one of the first open air roof top terraces on Long Island. A July 2011 Grand -Opening date has been set.
Tom is a successful businessman who helps other people see the potential of their business. Tom has helped many new and experienced business people look outside the box and gives advice on how to make the space they are working with the most profitable one. With a great sense for hiring staff and a stickler for beverage controls Tom makes sure owners get what they deserve for their bottom line. Tom's most recent project was coordinating the opening and expansion of Warehouse 5 which is part of the legendary Long Island Hot Spot Bridgeview Night club."The biggest hurdle was getting a 7,000sq. ft. space built in 12 weeks. Besides hiring and training a professional staff we wanted to make sure the new room flowed with the rest of the club and continue having the most desired V.I.P. room for the summer of 2007. As you can see it's amazing and has not let it's loyal customers down by any means. It feels like Vegas people say. I am pretty sure that's a good thing" McNicholas said.
Tom saw this space as a perfect spot for simply the best catering room in the busiest restaurant town on Long Island, Rockville Centre known for great Bars and Restaurants was a perfect fit for this one of a kind venue. Specializing in parties of 150 people and less. Madison makes you feel like you are the owner for the night. The historical old landmark of Solomon Grundy's is now the site of the best option for small parties in catering on Long Island.
Tom rejuvenated a town staple which he had been a part of since 93 into one of the hottest nightspots in the busiest Restaurant/Bar town on Long Island. He said he thought it was time for a face lift. Well he didn't let any loyal customers down! Kasey's is also known for some great food. With great daily specials Chef Ron Harmon is sure to delight your taste buds with his many different cuisine options. Kasey's is simply in a world by itself because of it's diversity with a full dining room, private party room that accomodates parties of up to 80 guests, sports bar with 20 flat screen TV's, a Game room to keep a boring night exciting and a great night life from Thur thru Sat to let loose for the weekend. Tom also recently said it might be time for another face lift. "That ten years went real fast, think it might be time". We will be anxiously waiting to see...
