Working with Architects, Contractors and Engineers on designs using ACM panels. New England Rep and distributor for AL13 panel system and Johns Manville roofing products.
• Responsible for all Project Management, Estimating and Sales. • Company Expectations: Achieve and exceed yearly sales goals. Increased sales approximately $500K to $1M annually. • Maintain open and continuous communications with Owners, Owners Representatives, Contractors, Architects/Engineers and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and on or under budget. • Schedule Labor to maintain quality of work and construction budget and schedule adherence. • Project site visits to monitor progress and implement necessary changes. • Attend on-site pre-bid, preconstruction, progress, and inspection meetings with Owners, Owners Representatives, Contractors, Architects/Engineers and manufacturers’ representatives. • Verify projects comply with state, federal, and local building codes, as well as contract specifications. Prepare and issue AIA contract documents, RFIs, Submittals, change orders, invoices, and closeout.
