Libra is an AI-powered legal research platform distributed in Italy through Wolters Kluwer, one of the world's leading providers of legal and compliance intelligence. As Country Head of Legal Engineering for the Italian market, I sit at the intersection of legal expertise, product development and AI engineering. I lead the Italian legal engineering team and collaborate daily with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to design, test and deploy AI-powered workflows and Libra Assistants across the main areas of legal practice. I work directly with clients to understand their use cases, map their processes and configure tailored solutions, translating legal expertise into structured data, prompts and workflows to ensure that AI outputs are accurate and legally sound. I support client pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives by adapting Libra's capabilities to real legal documents, templates and research workflows, acting as a trusted advisor and guiding clients through best practices for AI-assisted legal work. I create training content and educational materials for the Libra Academy to drive product adoption and user success, and host monthly webinars reaching 1,000+ lawyers across Italy on product-specific training and safe AI adoption in legal practice. I channel structured feedback from clients and the Italian market directly into the Product and Engineering roadmap, improving prompt quality, AI accuracy and domain coverage to influence product priorities.

I joined the IPT Department in Milan in 2017. Our team is one of the largest in Italy, comprising about 30 professionals, including globally recognized attorneys with exceptional expertise in Information Technology and Intellectual Property law. My responsibilities include addressing commercial and compliance issues, assisting international clients with their business expansion and litigation in front of national and European courts. My focus areas are privacy, telecommunications, cybersecurity, and AI-related issues.
