Appointed on top for 12 months, Europe eCommerce director to cover a temporary maternity leave. Results: 10x times business growth to a multi-millions one with premium share (online share > offline), making eBusiness Southern Europe the top source of growth for the company. Led the business transition to eBusiness for all P&G brands, expanding the activation from 2 to more than 30 brands across the region.
