I define myself as an established and dedicated professional who has extensive experience and passion for robotics systems engineering and development, technical project management, multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams’ coordination for end-to-end execution of complex automation and robotics projects from conception to completion within time and budgetary constraints. Along my career path, I attained noteworthy and comprehensive knowledge in subsea robotics and automation processes across critical environments within the Oil & Gas and Defence industry. I am a highly motivated professional with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Technical Project Manager for the development and industrialization of a resident AUV within the Flatfish project developed across Italy and Brazil, in partnership with Shell, Petrobras and Senai Cimatec research institute. Create premises and engineering specifications according to clients’ requirements to ensure smooth running of overall technical operations. Liaise between multi-national teams based in Italy and Brazil while acting as connection point. Local and remote engineering team coordination, suppliers’ follow-up, and inter-department interfacing. Project status monitoring, internal management update, clients and project stakeholders’ interface. Support commercial department for tender development and new projects acquisition. Most significant achievements and contributes: • Managed software development team (15-20 persons) for the industrialisation of Flatfish resident AUV (autonomous underwater vehicle), executed across Italy and Brazil. • Inter-department interface, guaranteeing alignment among all engineering functions (mechanical, electrical, electronic, software) • Project management for the system delivery to clients’ offshore subsea fields in Brazil (Shell BC-10 and Petrobras Iracema Norte oil fields), within FlatFish Phase 3B Project
