In 2020, during lockdown, I started Trueleads from my garage. No funding. No plan. 4 kids to support. Just a laptop, a LinkedIn account, and years of experience in B2B sales. After spending over a decade selling complex tech solutions, I’d learned one thing the hard way: Pipeline isn’t created by tools or tactics. It’s created by real conversations, consistency, and trust. And as automation and AI accelerated, that gap only widened. So I built Trueleads to help B2B sales teams do one thing well: build a repeatable, human-led pipeline engine — powered by systems, not spray-and-pray.
