I have always been very passionate about food and the environment. After working as a chef for many years, studying business and traveling, Rejuce seemed like the only logical conclusion. Rejuce makes beautiful cold pressed juices out of ugly fruit and wonky veg that would otherwise go to landfill. Despite being logistically doomed it is completely edible tasty and healthy. We save huge amounts of food from going to waste in the UK from farms, pack houses, and wholesale markets
