“Dyslexia is 30% getting it wrong and 70% cheating.” – Henry Winkler. Dyslexia taught me to find the side door. That’s where my creativity came from. That mindset has carried me from film sets to social campaigns, creative, tech and innovation jobs to Muay Thai gyms, and creative brainstorms to brand boardrooms. Here’s a snapshot of what I bring: 1. Film-built foundations – Spent a decade in the film industry, producing 30+ features, hundreds of ads, and learning the craft from Oscar winners and future greats. 2. Neurodivergent advantage – Dyslexic and ADHD. Fast-thinking, intuitive, pattern-spotting. Creative under pressure and built for lateral problem-solving. 3. SCA-trained creative – Refined my conceptual skills at School of Communication Arts 2.0, where I learned to think bigger, wilder, and sharper. 4. Digital-first thinker – Cut my teeth at Google, led influencer campaigns that filled stadiums before the industry had a name for it. 5. In-house agency builder – Helped build, lead, and scale high-performing in-house teams. At Three UK, we became the most engaged telco on social—6x more than any competitor. 6.Culture-led creative leader – I don’t just make work. I shape culture, grow teams, and tell stories that resonate—whether it’s through AR, UGC, or a perfectly timed TikTok. Main learnings Culture is paramount. Get there by feeding your team's obsessions. The mediums and platforms may evolve quickly but humans evolve much slower. So tell stories. Human connection in a digital landscape is paramount.
I help lead the evolution of Generation through the Vodafone and Three merger, operating at a senior level across strategy and concept. I set social direction, align senior stakeholders, and ship work that connects business goals with culture. From defining channel roles and playbooks to overseeing delivery, I build systems that are human, high performing, and ready for scale. Highlights include lifting LinkedIn and launching TikTok and YouTube programmes, strengthening governance and approvals, and integrating AI into workflow for planning, pre-viz, versioning, and QA. I partner closely with brand, media, and sponsorship to balance reach. The result is a social engine that drives measurable outcomes and supports flagship partnerships across music, sport and entertainment.
Four years ago, I was brought in to help build Three’s in-house agency, which we named Generation. I operate at a senior level across strategy and concept, leading social-first campaigns that connect business goals with culture. From shaping digital formats to overseeing delivery, I drive work that’s both human and high-performing. Through strong stakeholder relationships and hands-on leadership, I’ve helped position Three as the most popular telco on UK social, with six times more engagement than all competitors combined.
I worked with a host of clients for some great agencies... As ACD at Genuine X (now Jack X), Jack Morton’s innovation arm, I led creative strategy across content, tech, and data — solving upstream client challenges with bold, effective ideas. I helped build the innovation hubs' brand and culture from the ground up, defining what we stood for and how we presented ourselves, interacting with clients and internal stakeholders. Alongside client work, I co-hosted our in-house podcast, which is still running today — and strong enough that we sold the format to three clients.
