As the owner of Fears Photography, I work with businesses, charities and organisations across South Wales to create professional photography that tells their story and strengthens their brand. I specialise in corporate events, awards ceremonies, commercial and industrial photography, headshots, marketing content, aerial photography and short-form video content. Whether on the ground or in the air, every project is approached with the same focus on quality, reliability, and building lasting relationships with clients. Before taking over the family business, I spent 11 years working as a Camera Assistant in the film and television industry on productions for Netflix, Amazon, Disney, BBC, HBO, Sky, Hulu, ITV and Channel 4. That experience taught me the importance of preparation, collaboration, and delivering under pressure, skills I bring to every shoot. Alongside my commercial work, I am passionate about continuing to support charities by creating photography and video content that helps raise awareness, enhance their profile, and communicate the incredible work they do. Worked on various High-End Productions including BBC, HBO & Disney | 2024-2026 Involved in productions 'Industry S4', 'Beyond Paradise 4', 'Bergerac 2' & 'The War Between the Land and the Sea', delivering high-quality production under tight deadlines in high-pressure environments. * Maintained technical precision with high-value equipment and adapted quickly to changing conditions. * Collaborated with directors and crew to deliver visually compelling storytelling, developing transferable skills in project management, team coordination, and audience engagement. * Managed junior camera assistants and coordinated across departments to ensure smooth workflows.
Worked on various High-End Productions across the UK and Internationally including and not limited to BBC, Netflix, Disney, Amazon, Hulu, ITV, Apple TV & Sky (2017-2024) Involved in productions such as 'Havoc', 'Black Cake', 'The Outlaws S1 & S2', 'Gentleman Jack', 'Mammoth' and many more. * Managed camera kit logistics and asset control, ensuring all equipment was prepared, maintained, and production-ready. * Oversaw media handling and rushes workflow, maintaining accurate labelling, data management, and timely delivery to post-production. * Coordinated closely with multiple departments to maintain efficient on-set workflow and technical continuity. * Operated clapper board and maintained precise scene and take records to support seamless post-production processes. * Trained and supervised camera trainees, supporting skill development and ensuring high operational standards within the department.
