Continuing development of the Kinase Library and applying it to dissect phosphorylation signaling in cancer and other diseases. Focused on integrating AI-driven analysis with mass-spec phosphoproteomics to identify therapeutic targets and disease mechanisms.
Developed and expanded the Kinase Library, applying computational methods to investigate phosphorylation-driven mechanisms across cancer, lupus, endometriosis, Alzheimer’s disease, and other signaling-related conditions. Collaborated closely with the Cantley Lab on high-impact, multi-omics studies.
