+ Managed a complex, long-term Adobe CQ5 (now AEM) Program for a major international client, John Lewis Partnership, directing a large, distributed team of 14 to 30 people. + From Dec 2012 to May 2013, engaged in running the Cognifide eKino joint venture, encompassing operations management, program and project oversight, and continuous process improvements across the entire venture. + Member of the Cognifide PMO (Project Management Office), contributing directly to the definition and establishment of company-wide Project Governance and delivery standards. + Led the internal Agile Center of Excellence, driving the adoption and maturity of Agile practices and culture across various delivery teams.
