I lead Humaneva Group, a PE-backed (Viking Global) global clinical research and data platform with deep oncology specialization — operating across (12 countries) Europe, the US, South Korea, Australia, and India (2000+ team), through integrated businesses: Pratia (the world's largest oncology site network), Kapadi (specialist oncology CRO), P1trials (global early-phase oncology), and Hyggio (proprietary clinical technology and data platform). The build story: 12 years ago I sold my business to NEUCA S.A. — Poland's largest publicly traded pharma group (WSE-listed, PLN 12B+ revenue). From inside that large capital group, I created, acquired, and scaled multiple clinical research and health-tech companies across Europe, US, APAC. Then I led the full PE-backed carve-out — separating the platform from the public parent, raising US private equity investment, redomiciling the holding structure from Poland to the US, and establishing Humaneva Group as a standalone global entity. That journey — from entrepreneur inside a public corporation to independent PE-backed CEO — is at the core of how I think about building businesses. The growth path was anything but conventional: assembling the site network through complex carve-outs from academic medical centers and community health systems (including a partnership with Moffitt Cancer Center), multi-country M&A integrations across different legal traditions, and building proprietary technology from scratch rather than buying off-the-shelf. A core conviction: clinical research infrastructure is only as valuable as the data it generates. That's why we built Hyggio (eSource, CTMS, remote monitoring) and a proprietary oncology patient data trust aggregating de-identified data across the network, giving sponsors real-time site analytics and accelerating enrollment. Technology and data are not a support function — they are the platform's competitive moat. My operating context spans heavily regulated environments (GCP/ICH E6 R3, 21 CFR Part 11, EU CTR), multi-jurisdictional corporate governance across four continents' legal frameworks, and PE-backed value creation with board-level reporting through multiple investment cycles.

Building from scratch and scaled up global Clinical Trials and Technology businesses at the Capital Group - Pratia, Clinscience, OncoBay, Agati Clinical, and hyggio, now humaneva group. The Capital Group (NEUCA S.A.) comprises over 90 entities offering a wide range of services and products in the healthcare market. We are the most significant pharmaceuticals wholesale distributor in Poland. Our market shares reach about 33%.
