Focused on building and maintaining relationships with Strategic Accounts in the secondary space as part of SmartSource, formerly Bellco Generics. As part of this newly created team, drives sales and managers the relationship with large drug store chains, government contractors, small distributors, and identified strategic accounts.
► Promotes online ordering platform which has directly lead to increased traffic and revenue on the website. This includes presenting the platform at national trade shows for the veterinary industry ► Acts as first line troubleshooter to increase customer satisfaction by identifying and solving customer inquiries ► Trains colleagues to further promote and confidently speak to all functions of Ecommerce ► Mentors new colleagues to effectively handle complex scenarios ► Created standard operating procedure for customer email, fax, and mailed orders, leading to a more effective and less timely turnaround time with orders ► Lead a team to institute a new internal communication platform, becoming one of the first departments in the organization to fully utilize that communication tool ► Influenced management to explore new approaches with colleagues, which lead to higher levels of engagement and greater productivity
